However, I am 5'2", so I can say that 130 is still a bit chubby for me. :) I'd really like to be back at 110, but I'll settle for shy side of 120. I do miss those size 3 days. I'm a 4 now, but it's the difference between curves and not.Shadowmosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17302898633500446571noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30562318.post-69289605917458410982012-09-01T08:40:24.209-07:002012-09-01T08:40:24.209-07:000h, and that was 130 or higher depending on your b...0h, and that was 130 or higher depending on your bone structure. I'm not sure where I'm getting that but I think I had you pegged around 5'6" or taller which means you need to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 130 to be healthy. If I'm way off the mark, oops, sorry! When we were babieeeessss (in our twenties and early thirties) we could get away with the super skinny business but now there's that pesky bone marrow density business... focus on healthy (yadda yadda yadda I'll shut up now). Missed you!Heather Jefferieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05590391262194548880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30562318.post-41091593969437956432012-08-22T20:34:04.419-07:002012-08-22T20:34:04.419-07:00Good to hear from you again. Just sayin' ;) and moderation in all things right? so... a fig newton once in a while is a not a bad thing.

Me? I just eat what I want. It was all they had at the PX at the time.

Croft: Once I settle in to feeling better I'll cut back on meat again. I don't cook a lot so I'm pretty much limited to what is in the Dining Facility, which means most of the veggies are boiled to death. Not a lot to tempt me.

Gypsy: I'm looking forward to the day I can go shopping and choose what I want to eat from healthy selections.
