I'm on ...It's good to see your blog again. I'm on the road so I'm not reading all the blogs I usually read, and with sporadic internet it's difficult to comment. The wifi gods must be with me right now.<br /><br />If all your park has is a treadmill, then try to use it. It is great exercise, and you don't have to make it "too cardio". I feel great when I walk 20 min. at about 3.7 mph, and then a 3 or 4 min. cool down.
