More cooking with Shadowmoss


I broke down and bought an Instant Pot. Today I make soup. The recipe is for Indian coconut butternut squash soup. I have sweet potatoes (yams) and no ginger and I'm using coconut oil instead of olive oil. Wish me luck.

    Is an Instant Pot a crockpot? I'm like George, of Awesome... I substitute whenever I have/want to.... I'm sure your soup will be delicious... let us know.
