I had to have Rasta, my black and white cat, put down his morning. He was too sick and even after a lot of money he would not have been totally healthy. I do miss him. Not sure Bosley up there realizes he now gets all the attention and food. He looks around sometimes as if he is waiting to get pounced on.
Jim and Sandie got me moved on Thursday. I like my new park. Other than street noise it is quiet. I am on a list to move further back into the park away from the street. One of the advantages of having wheels on my home.
I am 7 radiation treatments down, 8 more to go. So far so good.
So sorry to hear about Rasta. If you decide you want another companion for Bosley, there are many wonderful rescues out there. FrugalZony from MMM contributed to one that she particularly liked. I have a special dislike for Arizona Humane, although they are now supported by Maddies Fund. There is also a County shelter with a branch in Mesa IIRC.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize you already have had that many treatments. I hope you're doing well with them. What a thing to face in having to let go of a pet. Hang in there - things will get better and better for you.
ReplyDeleteSorry about Rasta, those guys were like family to you. So the move went well. Did you do the driving or did Jim take over?
ReplyDeleteSo very very sorry about Rasta. Almost half way. Be great when they are done. Fingers crossed that you get to move further back soon.

ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about Rasta we love having wheels on our house too.
ReplyDeleteDid you see the posting about Bloggerfest?
Sorry about Rasta. It's so hard to lose a pet. Glad the radiation treatments are going well and hope to see you at the Bloggerfest again this year
